Experiential Learning encompasses a variety of activities including Projects, Workshops, Participations in group presentation and other creative and professional work experiences.

SQUAD’s Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool to have good and easy gateway to get into IT. It is an effective way of helping people to progress in their careers and we take it very firmly in our Training operation.
It is a partnership between two people (mentor and mentee) where in SQUAD’s Trainers act as mentor and candidates become mentee.
